Entrance/Great Room
Steps past the grand entrance, this house boasts an upscale central living area designed to make you feel like you've stepped into your very own Community lobby. Sleek couches and clean-lined, modern furnishings invite you to linger and connect with your guests.
Kitchen & Dining
An open-plan kitchen with soothing blue and cream tones features generous counter space and barstool seating—the perfect gathering place for snacks, meals, and cocktail hour. The oversized dining room next door seats 16 guests, and can be easily transformed into a conference room (albeit, a lot cooler than the ones at the office!).
Golf Simulator Room
If golf is your game, you'll find your happy place in the upgraded garage that's been transformed into a simulated golf wonderland. Hone your swinging and putting skills, and experience the thrill of (virtually) playing some of the most popular courses in the world.
Pool & Patio
Step out into the golden Florida sunshine and dip into your massive, private, filly screened 15-by-40-foot pool. Challenge your gang to pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball—or relax in the chaises or jacuzzi while the kids swoosh down the mini waterslide. Enjoy meals on the covered patio, prepared to perfection in the spectacular summer kitchen.
Arcade Room
Back inside, the first floor continues to impress with endless entertainment options. Indulge in some of your arcade favorites, including Pac-Man, a racing game, and air hockey.
Game Loft
In the mood to turn up the competition? Head upstairs to the impressive game center, which features a pool table, darts, ring toss, and wall Scrabble.
Movie Theater
When you're ready to take a breather, the private movie theater will be your go-to, with its 86-inch screen and surround sound. There's even a row of recliners sized perfectly for the kids!
Fitness Room
Keep your juices flowing in the private gym, outfitted with a treadmill, stationary bike, and weights. For even more inspiration, turn on the smart TV and connect via app to a virtual personal trainer.
Themed Bedrooms
The kids will be overjoyed when they discover a pair of "out of this world" themed bedrooms upstairs.
The Secret Galaxy room will transport them to a lush green planet reminiscent of a beloved sci-fi movie locale. In this extraterrestrial forest home—featuring wall art of grasslands and savannahs, and a leafy canopy overhead—they'll climb kid-size ladders, zip down a twisty slide, and fall asleep in cozy treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds).
They'll feel like royalty in the Enchanted Castle room, surrounded by bright and exciting wall art that features life-size princesses in faraway lands. A princess even welcomes sleepy children into the two-level castle-themed bed. Getting kids off to sleep is no problem in this dreamy pad!
Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
For your grownup guests, you'll find nine more bedrooms with ensuite baths and chic Mid-Century Modern décor (think: top-quality finishes, cool color palettes, and rich textures).
The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries, including one master king bedroom, one regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with two queen beds and a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids' rooms, discover six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king or full beds and private baths.

The house was amazing and had things for everyone to do. My family really loved it

This house was great for a family of 17 (8 adults, 9 kids ranging from 14 years old to 1 year old). Pro’s - comfortable beds, great bathrooms, AMAZING water pressure, fun game room / golf simulator / theatre room / upstairs game area. Multiple fridges were really nice.Con’s - called maintenance twice (1st not a big deal, broken toilet going out to pool area when we arrived to house, 2nd was that we were told that the pool was serviced twice a week - day 5 when we woke up pool was cloudy and had film in it, called maintenance and they said they would send someone over and nobody ever came). Biggest complaint was the 2nd maintenance request, but not a deal breaker at all. Other notes for owner - raccoon's got in garbages the night before we left and drug garbage everywhere - we picked up what was in the driveway and yard but not what was exploded in the bin itself because we needed to get to the airport. Blender could use an upgrade. Could use more large bowls, pots, and pans for cooking for a group. Bathroom fan in master bedroom 2 was not working. Golf simulator was difficult to start up - maybe clearer directions. Some chairs in the theatre room were broke. Multiple tv remotes were broke, and even taped up.With all of that being said. I don’t want it to deter anyone from renting this house. We had a great 6 day stay, everyone really enjoyed it and we would stay here again!

The house itself was nice, however the kitchen was poorly equipped with inadequate cookware. The pool was cloudy when we arrived and the fridge door wasn’t sealing properly. We were concerned with our food spoiling. I made approximately 6 phone calls to the guest services line and it took a couple days for them to drop off a baking sheet and some additional knives and forks. The fridge was never fixed during our entire week. We had to chase down the pool company ourselves to have them shock the water. The group did enjoy the arcade and golf simulator. Make sure to bring your own clubs as there were none there.
The Solterra Clubhouse was a big draw when we booked this property and was a huge disappointment for our group. They often closed early due to staffing issues or tried to use inclement weather as a reason for closing early. Quite a few items at the water park were poorly maintained or broken. On our final day of vacation, they had to shock the pool around 11am and forced everyone to leave. They wouldn’t let us use the deck chairs or cabanas even if the pool needed to be closed.
We made the best of the trip, but for the premium price we paid for this property, it certainly expected better customer service.
