Your Lake Arrowhead escape just 5 minutes from the lake, hiking, restaurants, groceries, and Santa’s Village.

The space:
This cozy, memory-making cabin is designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and having fun, whether you're soaking in the hot tub under the pines or watching movies under the stars.
Guests love the cozy vibe, fully stocked kitchen, and all the games, perfect for families and group getaways.
Location:
• Walk to local restaurants & Forest Overlook of Lake Arrowhead trail (• 5–10 min to Lake Arrowhead Village, Blue Jay & SkyPark
• 10 min to Lake Gregory & more hiking
• 30–45 min to Big Bear & local ski resorts
Sleeping & Baths:
• King, Queen, and two Full beds (all with white noise machines)
• 2 full bathrooms
Outdoor Spaces:
• Front Deck: BBQ, dining area, sectional with fire table
• Back Deck: Hot tub, lounge seating, and 100" outdoor movie setup
Guest access:
You’ll have full private access to the entire cabin
Other things to note:
• Outdoor open fires aren’t allowed due to local fire restrictions
• The driveway fits up to 5 cars (4 if they’re larger)
• There are a couple short flights of stairs to reach the front door, and one more to the upper level
• Pet fee is $100 per stay (if applicable)
• The cabin is right off CA-189, which is great in winter since it’s one of the first roads plowed—because of that, you may hear a little road noise from time to time
Winter Stays (Nov–May):
• Snow can be part of the experience, AWD/4WD is a good idea during storms
• We provide shovels, salt, and an ice scraper to make things easier
• Travel insurance is always a smart idea during winter months
• Standard cancellation policy still applies

We loved our stay, and so did the pups! This was our first Verbo, and Jacob went above and beyond as a host, making our visit a great experience. My husband and I work quite a bit, and because we have so many dogs, it's not always easy to travel. We were very pleased to find a cabin that allowed 3 dogs. Livingston Cabin is located in a prime location, minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and even a Starbucks. It's about 10 mins (or less) from Arrowhead Lake Village. The location is very private, even though there are neighbors around. It's off the main road, so the driveway is a little intimidating since it's on a hill, but you get the hang of it. What was also nice was that the home had pretty much everything you needed to make you feel at home. Very thought out and pet friendly. They even had a pet bed, pet bowls, and a pet station near the front door, which was super convenient. We can't wait to go back with friends to watch a movie under the stars, play games on the first floor, and BBQ on the deck. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We appreciate the memories! very nice cabin with too many niceties to detail. we would suggest that the listing be modified to state that elderly or those with physical infirmities should NOT stay at this location. there are three flights of steep steps to navigate. hauling luggage etc. up those stairs was very challenging. all others will be delighted.
