Welcome to the Inn on 8th, Suite B, where you are sure to stay in comfort and style while visiting our beautiful area. This immaculate, newly remodeled 2nd-floor suite is located in the center of town and allows for easy access to shops, restaurants, and whatever current festivals and events are taking place at the time -right out the door! Upon entering, you will discover this contemporary space is both cheerful and inviting. It boasts 2 guest bedrooms that are well appointed with fine quality linens that will lure you off to a blissful night`s sleep after a fun-filled day out. The full kitchen comes equipped with all you need to prepare delicious meals and then serve them up in style at the dining table that seats 6. When you are ready to kick up your heels and cozy in, the living room has a Smart TV with basic cable and streaming abilities for you to watch your favorite show or tune into a long-awaited game. There you will also find a sofa-sleeper that can be used as an additional sleeping area. Please note that this unit has a low beam in the living area (6-foot clearance in one place) and low ceiling height in the bedrooms so vertically advantaged guests may need to use caution when navigating in some areas of this home. There is a full sized bathroom and a separate laundry room included to round out this fantastic suite. Experiencing town has never been so easy!
For larger groups, there is an adjoined studio suite available for rent separately that sleeps 4.

This location is in the heart of downtown and can be noisy! We provide earplugs and white noise machines to help mitigate disturbances from the bar downstairs as well as general street noise. Light sleepers and travelers with children will want to consider this when booking.
The sofa bed is a full and is only suited for small children.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

We were very happy with the location and the surface level cleanliness. Unfortunately, there were a couple issues with cleanliness/maintenance that needed to be taken care of more often. The guest book felt old and not accurate as we could not locate the outside garbage that they insisted was there. Frustrating at the bare minimum. The online guest website was fantastic. The first rental I've been in that has had that. We used it to look up places to eat. Loved that feature! The linens were wonderful and beds comfortable. Kitchen was cute and well-appointed. Parking space was clearly marked as well. The moving blankets hung from the wall in the dining room (blocking off other doorways) felt weird. I don't understand why you couldn't just have a locked door and a sign. Made the vibe in the kitchen/ dining area a bit odd. The only closet and place to put anything in the queen bedroom was locked. Maybe a small chest of drawers or something in there would be nice. The king bedroom had some options for hanging/storing clothes but nothing at all in the queen bedroom. Overall it felt a bit high-priced for what you got. Felt like you were really paying for the location above anything else. Would possibly stay again, but pricing might move us farther out next time.

Like at many places these days, I wish kleenex was provided! An as to the water to coffee packet- glad we had brought own as 1 packet with 6 cups water was way thin brew! key pads on doors worked well once we figured out what you had to do to get them to work right!

The property was decent overall -- clean, expected appliances, amenities, etc., however it's a very small space that has some pretty significant drawbacks:1) The listing says it sleeps six, and while there *is* a fold out bed in the living room it is NOT a "double" nor a "full" as listed, but a small loveseat with a little trundle mattress that *maybe* would fit a 7 year old and 5 year old (main total sleeping area is *maybe* 5 feet by 3 feet).2) The only bathroom in the unit is on the kitchen side of the living room, which means all guests have to pass within a foot of the fold out bed in the living room in order to use the bathroom -- this means that if there is anyone sleeping on the fold out bed they will very likely be woken up repeatedly by others as they pass through the area.3) The low ceilings in the bedrooms make them feel kind of claustrophobic -- this, like the fold out bed size, is alluded to in the listing, but the actual experience isn't all that pleasant -- I'm 5'8" and my son is 5' 10" and we both felt like we almost had to duck when moving around the bedrooms. It's overall just a cramped space.Bottom line: 4 small-to-medium sized adults can fairly comfortably use this space -- more than that will definitely not be comfortable.
