Perched high atop Maria Bluff, Maria Bluff Main House offers some of the best views in the Caribbean, with Tradewinds and panoramic vistas in every direction. As you descend the entrance stairs, you're welcomed by lush landscaping, with swaying palms and vibrant blooms that provide year-round tropical beauty. The crisp white and soft pallet of the interior design perfectly compliments the Caribbean surroundings providing a modern and sophisticated island aesthetic. Famous North Shore beaches- Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay and Maho Bay- are just a few miles away and the convenience of town is just a short 7 minute drive all making this the perfect location for your stay. This Villa has a generator that will automatically kick on if the power goes out so guests can continue to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The Space:
This Villa offers a variety of outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the lounge area with an outdoor kitchen and plush seating, a covered al fresco dining area, two full sun decks, and a veranda ideal for cocktail hour-all surrounding an expansive pool that overlooks the Caribbean Sea.
The Main House features five bedrooms with distinct personalities and each embodies a particular aspect of the island aesthetic. Each room is spacious with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Designer furnishings, as well as incredibly soft bed linens, pillowtop mattresses, and rich cooling down comforters, invite the most restful of sleeps. The state of the art kitchen has all stainless steel appliances - a Wolf gas stove and oven, SubZero refrigerator, ice-maker, microwave and two Bosch dishwashers - and custom imported granite countertops. It is the ultimate chef's kitchen. A 10 person mahogany dining table sits just off the kitchen which also features an island with seating for six. Two living rooms offer plenty of comfortable space for lounging and family night. A state of the art entertainment system including Sonos sound system will delight with indoor and outdoor speakers. The lower living room features a pool table. Wireless high speed internet access is available throughout the house and bedrooms.

Perched atop Maria Bluff, this property offers Tradewinds and panoramic views in every direction. Situated in a quiet, well-established neighborhood on St. John's south shore near the Westin, it features rolling hills perfect for morning walks or runs. With easy access to the beach, boat charters, and snorkeling, and close to Cruz Bay, it’s convenient for trips to town or the National Park.
Getting Around:
BOOKVI highly recommends renting at least one 4-wheel drive vehicle for navigating St. John's terrain. We can provide a list of trusted local rental companies and we have a few villa vehicles available. Having a vehicle at your fingertips allows for large groups to choose separate activities, run to the grocery store, and overall have flexibility during your stay. In addition,. BOOKVI can provide assistance in setting up private rides for dinner reservations and trips to town at any time. Reach out to our team to curate the perfect itinerary for your group!
Other Things to Note:
All Guests will receive a contract for signature in order to finalize the booking. Once your flight is booked, please provide your flight information to help us plan your arrival. What an incredible property on St John!! The experience was perfect from the world-class planning and communication by the BookVI team to the various on-island partners to the utterly breath-taking views. We were just blown away by every aspect of the week's stay. Despite some very unusual and challenging power-outages, this property and all the service providers made sure our stay was unaffected. We can't say enough about the BOOKVI team and how wonderful they were from start to finish. The property itself has everything we needed as a family of 6 and beyond. Did I mention the views?!!! We never tired of taking in those ocean breezes from a variety of locations particularly with coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. It was truly a blessing to enjoy our first trip to St. John inside this amazing compound. We highly recommend the van service from STT airport right to Maria Bluff and back. Having BookVI handle our vehicle was also a great part of the full service offering. When we return to St. John in the future, we will surely look to book this property again...a real gem. Highly recommend!!!

The views from this house are stunning. The gathering areas are beautiful and perfect for large groups. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The entire process from booking to check out was so easy with the rental company communicating throughout our stay. Our entire group loved this place!

From our first contact with Ashley to our last contact with Brandon, our experience was beyond exceptional. When we arrived at the villa, we could not believe how beautiful it was. The rooms were so clean snd comfortable. The view was more beautiful than we could have asked for, snd the house was just simply, gorgeous. The trio exceeded our expectations. Our best vacation yet. We are looking forward to returning to St John and Maria Bluff, soon

We had 5 couples staying at this property. The property location and set up was perfect. We spent most time outdoors, but indoor layout would be perfect for a group if needed. Management was very responsive. We would easily stay at this property again.
