Discover this comfortable family home nestled in Larmor-Baden, less than 800m from the sea. Perfectly suited to families seeking a peaceful stay near the sea, this spacious house allows you to explore the region under the best conditions.
This house is composed on the ground floor of a vast common room integrating the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilets and a laundry room complete this level.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms constitute a quality sleeping area and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. This space also includes a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Another bathroom located in the Pool House is accessible from May to September.
Outside, a large terrace with its semi-buried heated swimming pool awaits you for moments of relaxation.
The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden. Access to the semi-buried swimming pool is via the terrace.
It is possible to park several vehicles on the property.
Designed to offer a comfortable and memorable stay, this house is the ideal destination for memorable holidays in Brittany.
