This holiday cottage for 6 people welcomes you to Soullans, in the Marais Breton (Breton Marsh), where you can enjoy the natural surroundings and landscapes of the marsh. Discover the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, located 12 km away. The cottage is converted from a renovated barn, situated in the heart of the Marais Breton, adjoining two other cottages.

On the ground floor: living room with lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with four single beds that can be joined together), shower room with WC accessible to people with reduced mobility. Wi-Fi access.

Outside, you will have a private enclosed garden of 150 m² with a furnished terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two sun loungers). A covered multi-jet spa for 3 people with private access is included from May to September, and available as an option for €100 per week outside of this period.
