You’re just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches like Cortez, Coquina, Holmes, and Anna Maria Island. Sarasota Airport, IMG Academy, Lido Key, Longboat Key, art galleries, theaters, museums, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, and Marina Jacks are all nearby. Disney World is just a 2-hour drive!
The home features:
• Full kitchen with utensils, cookware, salt & seasoning
• Wi-Fi & a dedicated workspace
• Central A/C & heating, ceiling fans
• Hair dryer, shampoo, towels, washcloths, and iron
• 70” Smart TV (no cable)
• Free parking (2-car limit)
• Private fenced backyard with year-round jacuzzi
The space is ideal for morning coffee, relaxing evenings, or spending time with loved ones. Located just a block from Cortez Road, with easy access to restaurants and shops.

Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire main house.
There are two additional private units on the property, which are not part of the rental.
These units are completely separate, with no shared interior spaces, entrances, or amenities.
Your stay in the main house is fully private and self-contained.
The driveway/parking area is shared, but all spaces are clearly designated to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone.

• No parties, loud music, or events
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out not available
• Lockbox code is sent the morning of arrival
• Travel insurance strongly recommended – no refunds outside cancellation policy

• The jacuzzi is for registered guests only
• Use at your own risk
• No glass, food, or drinks near the jacuzzi
• Do not use under influence of alcohol/drugs
• Children under 12 must be supervised at all times
• Please shower before entering
• Do not adjust temperature or control panel
• Hours: 8 AM – 10 PM
• Cleaning or damage fee may apply if misuse occurs
• Failure to follow rules may result in loss of jacuzzi access

We loved our stay in your beautiful home! Everything was stellar from beginning to end. The owners really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. Our family loves hard boiled eggs, and sure enough they had a boiled egg maker in the kitchen. The beach accessories ( towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella, boards) really came in handy for our beach day! Thanks again, Maykel!

We so enjoy staying in this property. (This was actually our 2nd time here)…The space is very open and perfect for the 5 of us. Even though the beach is a short drive way, we didn’t make it there this trip, as we were in town for my nieces wedding. As our family has grown, it is hard for our local family to house us all. When visiting our family in Bradenton, this home has become our home away from home
