This residential complex of recent construction is close to the most important ski resort in Lombardy (northern Italy), the AdamelloSki, and comprises several apartments.

Completely immersed in a picturesque valley, Ponte di Legno is the natural border between Lombardy and Trentino-Alto Adige, through the Passo del Tonale. The Passo di Gavia connects the provinces of Brescia and Sondrio instead.

A cable car allows to reach the Passo del Tonale in less than 15 minutes.

A bike and pedestrian track, which passes directly in fron of the complex, crosses the entire valley, along the River Oglio and through its picturesque villages.

Moreover, the shuttle bus connecting to the ski slopes – located only 200m away – stops in front of the complex.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment of about 50 sq.mt in Ponte di Legno, located on the ground floor of a recently built complex (with elevator), close to the most important ski resort in Lombardy (northern Italy), the AdamelloSki.

The apartment opens onto a bright day area, offering ample views of the garden and comprises a fully-equipped open plan kitchen (with induction cooktop, fridge, microwave *, washing machine and dishwasher), a dining area with a wooden table with 5 chairs, and a relaxation corner featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a pouf, a coffee table, a TV set and some shelves.
From the living room you access the terrace, with views of the garden.

A small anteroom leads into the night area, including:
- a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a closet comprising a roll-out single bed for a further guest
- a bathroom, equipped with a tempered glass and iron shower stall, WC, bidet and basin.

*There is no electric oven in the kitchen.
