This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

This was the best place we’ve ever stayed in in Ocean City. The place was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a minor maintenance issue but the host immediately responded. Absolutely recommend this place!

Th property was as very comfortable however we did have an unexpected unpleasantries. We found the remote for the cable television receiver under the love seat. there were no instructions informing us as to how the lock on the front door worked, (as a result we learned that the front door had been unlock for most of our visit). But most importantly, we were to get the television to connect to the server. We telephoned the 24-hour number and sent a text after arriving on our first day. On the afternoon of the second day two maintenance persons showed up and informed us that the router needed to be restarted and that someone would be coming out to take care of it, which did happen. We notified the 24-hour contact number by phone and text again on day three of our stay and we were told that the service provider would be trouble-shooting the problem for a resolution. We notified them approximately two hours later that we were still without service. At this time, we were that the service provide would have to come out and that they and someone from the maintenance division would be coming out to address this problem. We were also told that the property owner would be informed of this inconvenience, and that perhaps we would be refunded a portion of the rental fee as a result of our not being able to view any of the televisions After this conversation, we heard nothing from anyone and this issue did not get resolved, prior to our departure.
