We have stayed on both sides of this house and I will say that the three bedroom side that we just stayed in was a lot nicer. It would be great to have more than one kitchen towel for a week stay but since I have already stayed before, I brought extras. The outside had been maintained a lot better since the last time we have been there as well overall, it was great. The bathrooms are updated nicely. Bathroom vanities are super small, but that’s not a dealbreaker overall fantastic time fantastic weather.!

This is our 5th time staying at Cottage by the Sea. We love the location, but the house really needs numerous updates. The first time we stayed at the house was 13 years ago and the bathrooms have been updated and the kitchen a small amount, but the rest of the house has not. Lots of the furniture is starting to fall apart and decor is the same. I am hoping the owners will update soon to keep up with the price. I do feel that this is our last time staying at the house, unless it is updated. The house just does not match the price point anymore. It makes me sad to say it. If the owner reads this and is willing to sell, please reach out. We are interested.
