Parking instructions:
2 parking passes provided. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.
Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

We have stayed in this home before two years ago. It is well appointed and stocked with all that you need. We have owned a condo at another beach, so we understand that things in rental units can deteriorate at a faster pace than normal. There are some minor maintenance issues that should be addressed by the owners, but nothing that created any inconvenience. Fresh paint and some general maintenance such as loose bathroom fixtures would be in order. When deck furniture is replaced/upgraded, some taller chairs would be nice so that you could see the beach over them withut obstruction. We had a great time and felt very comfortable.

The condo was exactly what we needed. Too comfortable rooms and a very lovely view of the ocean. Everything was as described and communication with the host. One necessary was easy.

It was a perfect beach location. Unobstructed and down the beach a little, a view of Johnny Mercer pier. We loved the space and particularly the well appointed kitchen. We did drinks on the balcony and dinner for two at the dining table.The pool looked great, but unfortunately, they had just closed it for the season. The only downside.

Great access to beach with beautiful ocean view and very close to the Wrightsville Bridge! The condo was spacious and clean. Only issue with very uncomfortable beds and balcony furniture in desperate need of updating. Should have communicated the exterior construction before the nonrefundable payment was made.
