## Logement
This charming traditional chalet consists of a ground floor with an open kitchen leading to the dining room, a living room with fireplace and a large TV.
From the dining room and the living room you have direct access to the terrace and the garden.

It is ideal for a tourist stay. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and one child.
It's a 3-minute walk from Lac des Gaillands and a 5-minute drive from the town center.

On the 1st floor you will find :
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed,
- 1 shower room with WC
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 150.

On the 2ᵉ floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 giving onto 1 balcony with a magnificent view of the whole Mont Blanc range,
- 1 other room with 2 twin beds of 90 having the same balcony view
- 1 bathroom with WC.

On the 3ᵉ floor:
- A small space that can be used as a play/reading room for small and big children.

In the basement:
- 1 garage with BBQ and parasol at your disposal.
- 1 technical room with hoover and mop,
- Hot water tank,
- Underfloor and electric heating
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

You will find a raclette machine under the TV.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.
You will have free access to public transport (train and bus) thanks to the guest cards left in the chalet.

- The Gaillands lake is located nearby,
- The climbing site is a 5-minute walk away,
- For a day of leisure and relaxation with the family during the summer months, the Adventure Park: Accro' Park des Gaillands is also nearby and will delight children of all ages!
- A cycle track is accessible just in front of the chalet.
- For hikers, a multitude of hiking trails for all levels are nearby.

Many restaurants, bars and shops are nearby. For your daily shopping, a "Super U" is just a 5 minute walk away.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.

## Transports
Bus: 2 minutes walk on the Promenade Marie Paradis which leads to all the ski areas of the Valley.
Train to downtown (1 km): nearby
