THE LIVING AREA...

The completely refurnished living room of CONCH CASA GRANDE is simply spectacular; with space and light everywhere you look. Ample comfortable seating surrounds the huge flat-screen TV in the living room. As large as the TV is, it blends right into the wall, cycling through pictures of fine art when not in use.

THE KITCHEN...

The kitchen, with its commercial gas range and oven, will meet the demands of the most ambitious chef and is large enough for a few sous-chefs to join in on the fun. Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

** Fourth Master Suite: Located on the Second Floor with a King bed, a flat screen TV, a closet, direct access to the front balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
