Nestled on the top floor of a new, luxury building in the heart of the village of Sevrier, this superb 79-square-meter PENTHOUSE apartment guarantees a wonderful lakeside stay, thanks to exceptional views of the town, the mountains, and the lake, as well as its 38m² south/east-facing terrace.
A prime location, with numerous shops right at the building’s doorstep, the lake and the bike path just 3 minutes away, and 7 km from downtown Annecy and the train station. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away,
The apartment is tastefully decorated.
The terrace features outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a relaxation area.
The apartment consists of:
- A bright and spacious 30 m² living area with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, oven, dishwasher, stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, kitchen utensils), a living room opening onto the terrace and a dining area.
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200 cm) with storage and access to the balcony offering views of the lake and mountains
- 1 shower room with a washing machine and a spacious walk-in shower.

Very spacious, nicely furnished, amazing kitchen. Huge balcony and easy walk to the beach.
Annecy is about 4.5kms away so you could walk we wanted to rent bikes, the local bike rentals you just pick up from the racks are only available for locals and under 1 hour. To rent bikes otherwise it is costly. We preferred visiting smaller villages on the lake to visiting Annecy as Annecy was always very very busy and impossible to find parking.
Rental agent met us she was very nice and met us on check out as well. Nice to have underground parking.
Just be advised there is no A/C it did get very hot, and also the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. We did meet the owners and they tried to do anything they could to fix it but it was apparently the whole building affected by the wifi issue.
Great location for a long term stay for visiting other areas in the region, we also visited Aix - les bains and did not like it at all the beach was crazy not a spec of space left. We also visited Lake Geneva, I thought the lake in Annecy was the nicest of the 3.

11 days in this smart little 2 bedroom apartment. Clean and uncluttered. Beds comfortable. Shower room and separate loo. Well stocked kitchen with all you need. 5 mins to boulangerie and little supermarket, 5 mins to restaurants and beach. Bus stop into Annecy 2 mins away, frequent buses. Bike hire 15 mins walk. Lovely views of mountains from the bedrooms and terrace. On 3rd floor but has a lift. Underground carpark with 2 spaces. Hoping to come back soon. Sevrier is so much calmer than Annecy, but near enough for easy visits.
