Villa Sunrays in Cape Coral is a place where vacation dreams come true – modern, elegant, and equipped with everything you could wish for for a relaxing vacation in Florida. Upon entering the villa, guests experience the open, light-filled architecture and the warm, inviting ambiance. Large windows allow views over the canal, creating the feeling of being immersed in nature yet in luxurious comfort.

The spacious living area is stylishly furnished and, with its comfortable sofa area, offers the perfect spot for relaxing movie nights or social gatherings. The adjoining kitchen is a true highlight: modern, well-equipped with a cooking island, high-quality appliances, and a Nespresso machine – ideal for those who value indulgence and culinary experiences even on vacation.

For guests who need to do some work while on vacation or simply seek peace and quiet, a separate office space is available – bright, comfortable, and equipped with a desk. This allows for the perfect combination of work and vacation.

The villa features three elegant bedrooms, each with king-size beds, ample closet space, and TV. A particularly convenient feature: two bedrooms and one bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool area. This means the day literally begins with a step outside – perfect for enjoying your first coffee overlooking the water or jumping straight into the pool.

The outdoor area is the heart of the villa. The west-facing terrace guarantees sunshine until the evening, as well as spectacular sunsets that bathe the sky in vibrant colors. The pool is electrically heated and operates with a saltwater system, making the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. It's essentially a freshwater pool without chlorine. No more irritated eyes. Whether it's a refreshing swim during the day or romantic moments under the stars – this is where memories are created that will last. In the lounge area, with a cozy BBQ on the modern grill, or a round of cornhole, you can enjoy life to the fullest or relax right by the water on the new Captain's Walk. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.

For music fans, we've installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speaker). This allows you to listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

The location is also a plus: Villa Sunrays is located directly on the canal, so you can enjoy the water view at any time. Restaurants, cafés, shops, and leisure activities are also conveniently close by. This combines peace and privacy with the opportunity to discover the vibrant Florida lifestyle.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway as a couple, planning an unforgettable vacation with friends, or enjoying the sun, sand, and sea with your family: Villa Sunrays offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and luxury. Here you'll experience Florida at its best – with sunny days by the pool, balmy evenings on the terrace, and unforgettable moments in a dreamlike setting.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.

The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
