This place was exactly as pictured, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The view was great and accommodations were fantastic.

We stayed for 5 days and we had a great time! The views are beautiful from the condo! Everything was as described and we had everything we needed for the week! Definitely recommend especially being so close to the beach!

We had booked a short 3 night stay. Checking in was a breeze. We had a 10pm check in. had to call security, he came immediately to deliver parking pass and property codes.
- Went up to the room, soon as we opened that door it was VERY hot. Thinking because the thermostat was turned up to 79 we turned it down to 72 and went to bed. Morning finally came and it was still very hot. We had reservations throughout the day and hoped it was cool when we got back. It went down to 77 when we got back so we thought it was finally working. We were wrong. 81 degrees at 3am. Contacted Julie, she got back with us immediately, restarted the thermostats. Nothing. Had to have the maintenance come up and fix it the AC. Had reservations that we lost on, took an hour, but it finally was fixed. Had the A/C been working properly it wouldn’t have been bad to sleep in.
-It wasn’t the cleanest. cups still in the dishwasher. It looked like someone had cut there hair and put it in the dryer. Food crumbs in the floor. Shower liner/ curtains needed cleaned or thrown out. Towels and linens to the beds looked clean. And counters wiped down. The furniture looked clean
-outside it is quiet and the views are beautiful.
-location was great we walked down to Surf Hut both evenings to eat.
