My family and I really enjoyed staying in this unit! My daughter was impressed that there was a high chair and child plates to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room was very roomy especially since there were 5 adults and 3 children. The living room furniture was very nice. We noticed when we arrived that the sleeper sofa had a broken spring on the seat closest to the slider door. We could still sit on the couch however, but I wanted to mention it. All the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at the table. This unit was directly above the kiddie pool so we could easily communicate if a few of us were at the kiddie pool with our kids. The Windy Hill Dunes staff do an excellent job at keeping the grounds clean and tidy, as well as the pools and grill areas. The only complaint was that the renters directly above us seemed to be constantly moving furniture or something well into the night/early am so that was annoying.

Reviewer Comments:
The North Beach team is great and so is the Condo and location etcWe love that you can see the pool ( the ladies that sit at the pool and parking garage are rude and in general not polite or welcoming. I get they check for pool bands but I cannot imagine there is a huge influx up folks trying to randomly come use the pool for the amount of attitude and quizzing that happens) and beach from the place and the general location!!The place was still filthyCrumbs in chairs, mold in the master shower, intake closet had dust build up on the outside, a deep detailed clean needs to happen
