Very nice house !

The Host was good and the house was ok, but the house could have been cleaned better! Under the master bed was a dirty baby diaper! The sofas needed to be cleaned! Spots all over the sofas and trash under the sofa seats! Bathroom toilets seats needed to be replaced! Pool umbrella needed to be cleaned or replace as well! Other than the cleanliness of the house, we had a good time!

Location is good. Lots of sleeping space. There were still things on the floor and under the beds when we arrived, including a used diaper.Bare minimum furniture. Broken kitchen chairs. Flimsy dressers with drawers that wouldn’t open. Lamp shades were not attached well. WARNING— Predatory car towing service drives around looking for cars to tow. Ours was taken for being two inches over the sidewalk. If you look up the neighborhood on Google, you will see many comments about this. The beds consist of a very old set of box springs with a mattress on top surrounded by a wooden frame. Not the best.We also had problems with raccoons getting into the pool area and into the trash, which is supposed to be in a secured bin. However, the raccoons have learned to open the bin. The trash service will not pick up trash if the raccoons have opened the bags.We would not stay here again.
