Guests may see ongoing repairs, roadwork, and temporary closures around the island as our community continues to rebuild. Tropical views abound at this air conditioned one-bedroom, second-floor condo. Look out to the lagoons that meander through the grounds and take in the scenery. While you are relaxing, you'll be treated to the subtle fragrances of the nearby gardens.
It's only a short walk from your door to the endless white sand of Nukoli'i Beach. Take leisurely strolls along the coastline, build a sandcastle, bring a picnic lunch or just bask in the sun and enjoy the sight and sound of the surf.
At the resort, you can play a game of tennis, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool and luxuriate in the hot tub.
Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, flightseeing, shopping, tennis and golf.

Everything was very nice, only feedback is the ac needs to be cleaned or replaced in the room, it smelled moldy and looked dirty. The vent for the dryer also needs to be cleaned. Otherwise, it was very cleaned and organized. The contact system was also very good! We will use KVR again when we come back! Thank you!

Overall we liked it, actually give 4.5 stars but that's not an option. Good location, convenient to both North and South, comfortable bed, lots of kitchenware so we could cook meals ourselves, Beach chairs and towels. Why dock half a star? Some weird oddities: again mostly well stocked kitchen but no foil or Saran wrap which are common kitchen items. Also it feels like housekeeping throws away stuff left by previous renters. We've never stayed in a VRBO that didn't have food items or sunscreen left from previous folks who couldn't take it with them. If they're throwing perfectly good items away instead of passing them forward that is not very Aloha. Also we were looking forward to grilling on the grills by the parking lot and had bought stuff to grill but there are no propane tanks . I checked a bunch of them around the property and none of them had propane. Are we seriously supposed to buy our own tanks? Finally the hot tub wasn't working . Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

It looked like the listing photos and was in a good location. The bedroom and bathroom had a super musty smell, the bedroom was like musty urine. The dryer stopped working because of a broken sensor, so after the property manager and a tech came out they still couldn't fix it properly. I was supposed to get a partial refund but didn't. They primarily communicate through phone calls instead of messaging within the app which is annoying because I don't want to deal with more calls while on vacation, and when they mentioned a refund I have no record since it was via a call.
