The backyard features a large heated pool (optional for a fee) surrounded by a fully fenced yard for privacy. The expansive screened lanai offers both dining and lounge areas — a perfect space for enjoying the Florida weather while staying comfortable. Whether you're grilling out, lounging by the pool or just relaxing with a book, this is a space the whole family can enjoy.
The house includes a spacious living area with a huge TV, opening directly onto the screened lanai. The modern kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances — fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. Split floor plan bedrooms include a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a TV and an attached bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The 2nd guest room has a queen-size bed. While the space is very nice the home is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and painting. There were cob webs on the ceiling and dust everywhere. I had to dust the wooden shades, furniture and vacumn everywhere including the couch. The throw blankets were covered in dust as was the duvet covers. The walls are full of scuff marks. As someone with allergies this was very difficult. In addition, the tv outside comes in beautiful but has no sound. The dishwasher is very outdated and one of the burners on the stove does not get very hot. The outside area needs a good cleaning. There appears to be black mold on the overhang by the pool.;

We came down for a friend's wedding. Stayed here 9 days. Great house to come back to and relax in the pool. 15 minutes away from some of the best beaches on the coast. They had a nice beach cart with an umbrella and chairs to use. Very convenient. 5 out ot 5 recommend.

Stayed here. Everything as listed. So nice to have pool. Clean. Well appointed. Only complaint is having to go through website to contact anyone. Would rent again.
