Mike was an awesome host and did everything he could to make our stay amazing! Great communication and suggestions in the area for what was important to us and our interests. We rented a boat that was delivered right to the house and he gave us helpful tips and suggestions for that, too. Very comfortable for our family of 7, and the spectacular pool right out the back doors that open up to the screened pool area was a huge hit with the kids!

We had a lovely time. House was clean and nice. However, living room Furniture was a bit stiff for relaxing, and not enough chairs at pool (3) or at dining table (4) for a house that sleeps 8. Some plumbing problems posed an inconvenience, but the host was very responsive in getting it corrected. Kitchen could use a cookie sheet or baking pan, otherwise was adequately stocked. Biting bugs at the pool were another considerable inconvenience. Compared to other VrBOs we have been to, the amenities were limited (no detergent for dishwasher, no Kleenex, limited TP). However, the house was a very good home base for a beach vacation with good beach supplies (wagon, chairs).
