This is an amazingly spacious apartment that is very comfortable and was a great place for our family to stay on our visit to NYC. The kitchen was well appointed, including with pantry items (e.g. cooking oil, spices, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.). The air conditioning and fans were excellent in the high heat and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and truly a highlight - very communicative and helpful, and even helped us have a place to keep our bags on our check out day when our flight wasn't for many more hours later.Very convenient location if visiting the Bronx, north Manhattan, or Yankee Stadium. The time to Times Square is more like 40 min (on the subway). The neighborhood is busy, though not loud. Easy location for taxis, Ubers, and similar, as well. One of our kids said the apartment was one of their favorite parts of our trip. :)

Yes, it is SPRAWLING- appreciated the size, cleanliness, and well-appointed rental. We have been to NYC many times (theatre educators), and this time we decided to stay outside of Manhattan. Transportation by Uber was easy in the area, though it can take longer than you might think at times. The air conditioning went out. It was very hot & humid, so it was necessary for our comfort. Owner was responsive, though we wasted several hours back & forth with him thinking we were in a different unit that we were and telling us about equipment that was no - existent. We did end up trying to sleep with it broken one night. The people we had interactions with with his *on the ground* team were great- nice people who seemed to care absolutely it getting it working again. This was a very well-appointed rental. Everything we needed was available (the only thing we wanted for was a box of tissues). Would stay again!
