The beach-facing primary bedroom, with en-suite bath, includes a large and very comfortable king size bed, and gives direct access out to the over sized balcony. There's plenty of closet space, and is furnished with a TV with cable. The second bedroom gives ample sleeping space with a queen plus a full/twin bunk combination, and also is furnished with a TV. The private third bedroom is nicely laid out with an inviting queen size bed, and is decorated to make you feel right at home.
In the large living room area, relax with the plentiful couches, large flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area for 6, and direct access to the beachfront balcony. Spend a little time in the very private and well furnished outdoor area, and catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing, or sit back for a front row view of the incredible Gulf of Mexico sunsets.
The condo is equipped with private high-speed WiFi, in unit full-size washer and dryer, all necessary linens and towels (including beach), as well as a nice selection of beach chairs and toys.

This property was managed by itrip and their customer service was excellent. We had immediate response when a smoke detector was defective. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The view of the gulf, particularly for sunsets and dolphin sightings, was outstanding. The beach in front of the condo was wonderful. The only negatives were that the pool was small, there was no grill available, and there was no space to lock bicycles outside. We would highly recommend this rental.

I was very fortunate to get a last-minute booking for a very reasonable price! The Highpoint of the stay is location, location, location! Being right on the beach, and with walking distance to whatever else might be needed an absolute bonus! The condo is large and accommodating for Families with the bunkbeds and three beds located in three bedrooms. It is an older building, and therefore has little things that could be tweaked to make it very comfortable! On the second floor is always a challenge due to neighbors from above, below and side-by-side, perhaps not having the best vacation etiquette. I enjoyed my stay and the assistance of Xplorie and Itrip vacations! I would return and look to be on the fifth floor☺️
