Wake up a short, level walk from the sand on the quiet south end of Anastasia Island. This ground-floor flat sits in an ocean-side community with lagoon water just outside, and the single-level layout means no stairs to climb with coolers, beach chairs, and sandy towels at the end of the day.

The home has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps eight. The primary bedroom is set up with a king bed and opens to its own patio overlooking the lagoon. The second bedroom is built for a crowd, with bunk arrangements that add up to two double beds and two single beds, so kids, cousins, and friends all have a spot. At 1224 square feet, there is real room to spread out, with a living area that flows into a dining space and a full kitchen.

That kitchen is ready for actual cooking, not just reheating: full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a stocked set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. The living room has a TV and plenty of seating, and you get two outdoor patios, one off the living room and one off the master, both facing the calm lagoon side of the property. Air conditioning, central heat, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, a private garage, and fresh memory foam mattresses round out the everyday comforts. Linens and towels are provided.

Out in the community you will find a communal pool, a spa, tennis courts, and easy green space, with the beach walkover just steps away.

The home is in St. Augustine Beach, an easygoing stretch of coast with casual restaurants and the county pier nearby for fishing and sunset walks. The historic district is a quick drive north when you want the old city, with St. George Street shops, the Castillo de San Marcos, and Anastasia State Park all close at hand.
