This stunning 4 bed, 4.5 bath end unit has the most beautiful views and light of all the complex. There are two king bedrooms upstairs with a fireplace in the master. There is a queen downstairs in the third. The fourth has a unique wood bunk bed that has a full and a twin with a full trundel and also a sleeper sofa. ALL bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The kitchen is beautifully designed with rich wood cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and stocked to prepare lovely meals at your mountain retreat. The living and dining space are spacious warm and comfortable. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and internet throughout the house.
There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience and a one car heated garage.
A mountain vacation would not be complete without a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ off the patio to relax and enjoy. Take a look at our pictures to get the full scale of how lovely this home is. There is occupancy for10 and we have three permanent parking spaces.STR -BCA-80755

Great house and amenities! Kitchen a bit cramped, but had all the cooking essentials. We LOVED the hot tub! Plenty of room in the house to spread out yet come together for a meal. The house is close to Ryan Gulch so you will hear the plows early in the morning.

Great place, great location! This place had everything we needed to make 6 of us feel at home. We’ll definitely try staying at thi place again.

Outside of the gas grill not being present due to recent HOA insurance everything was great.
