Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at The Islander. Weather was perfect. Kendall was very helpful and friendly. Alan Tanner on the beach did a terrific job. And Todd was great to talk to.I would suggest giving out the VIP card when people arrive. Their seemed to be some confusion on whether they were available (someone said they no longer were giving them out). Another said there was a code # on the website (there was none). Finally Kendall came through when I asked her about the VIP card. The furnace filter in our condo needed to be changed but otherwise the condo was clean. I might also suggest that a TV Channel page be included in the folder that's in the room. Plus I had to reboot the cable box to get it to work.

Great location, clean, comfortable

Only thing I would have liked was a Kuerig coffee maker. I am the only person who drinks coffee and usually just have one cup in the morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property. Nicely furnished. The foam toppers on the mattresses were too soft for our personal taste. The master bath was very nice. The showers need adjustment and repair to the hall bath. Loved the colors and decor.
