This space is only a 5-minute walk from University Heights Main Street restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk to the bus hub for direct Down Town/Gaslamp access or San Diego's train station for easy coastal exploration.

Bike lanes make North Park, Normal Heights, South Park, Hillcrest, and Balboa Park quickly accessible by scooter or bike.

Your comfort and security are important to us. While we are centrally located in a great pocket of the city, this is a neighborhood home, so guests must be considerate of reasonable quiet hours.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
