Conveniently located next to a complex with grocery, dining, bakery and laundry facilities or a short 4-minute drive to Wanaka township. With heating & cooling on both floors this property is to be enjoyed in all seasons.
This home has two bedrooms each featuring views of the surrounding alpine scenery.
A fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of dining in or enjoy some of the surrounding restaurants & cafes.
A perfect all season apartment for al fresco dining on the deck. Fibre Wi-fi is complimentary at this property.

The comfortable table and chairs were replaced by a high table and extremely uncomfortable stools. We did like the proximity to the river trail. I would have liked check in info sooner that the morning of our arrival.

We were very impressed with the building. The design was very clever. All the electrical appliances worked well, which is great. All in all a good bookabach property.

Very clean and neatly presented. Well equipped kitchen. Incorrectly advertised as having 2 bathrooms when had 1 bathroom and 2 toilets; also no bbq despite suggestion otherwise; also the info given to us showed 2 bedrooms with double beds but only 1 with double and 1 with 2 singles. Very warm and stuffy upstairs and given the location right beside the road then unable to open the window during the night due to noise. All rooms are very small.
