You're going to be glad you rented this fantastic three bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort.
This Hickory Cove villa has a newly-designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and comes fully-equipped with everything you need to cook a meal at home. The adjacent dining area seats six guests. The living area is nicely furnished with beach-contemporary furniture, sleeper sofa and has a SMART TV. There is a bonus full bathroom located in the living room that is fully updated with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
Completing the first floor is a large guest bedroom containing two full size beds with its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom features a tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs you'll find the remaining two bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located here with its king bed, SMART TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom looks fantastic with its custom-tiled walk-in shower. The remaining bedroom is the second guest bedroom which contains a queen bed, SMART TV and of course its own en-suite guest bathroom as well. Close to the beach, nice pool. We love staying in the Palmetto Dunes area. Parking was great, rooms were very nice, everything was clean.

The house was roomy with a bathroom for each bedroom. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. We had a few maintenance issues, which were fixed quickly. The house was clean. Our only issues were a musty smell and a blender that was not cleaned out by previous guests.

Reviewer Comments:
We visited for a long weekend. The location of this unit is great. It's a quick walk to the beach and is in an area that wasn't too crowded, even on a holiday weekend. The check in process was great! Everyone we reached out to prior and during our stay was very responsive. When we checked in, it felt like nobody had been in the condo for awhile. It smelled very musty so we put the a/c on and quickly realized that the primary downstairs bedroom unit wasn't working. We put in a maintenance request and they were fast and professional. They were able to get the room down to 75 degrees which was much lower than the temp when we checked in, but couldn't cool it any lower than that which wasn't ideal for sleeping. Additionally, the kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum essentials. Unfortunately, the condo was very dirty when we arrived. There was one small roll of paper towels and no cleaning spray to wipe down the kitchen table or counters which needed to happen before eating. The floors were absolutely filty. I dropped a towel and picked it up and black dust was caked to the towel. I would bathe my kids daily and their feet were black with dirt before bed simply from walking barefoot in the condo. If they were older, I would have put them in socks but I didn't want them to slip and fall on the vinyl floors. While the location was absolutely fantastic, and the bedroom configuration perfectly fit our needs, I would only recommend this rental unit if they change cleaning companies.
