Everything about this home and the layout was perfect for us. The location was great! We were in a nice quiet neighborhood but also near many restaurants and retail stores that were within a 5-10 minute drive. It is a nice-clean home with a heated pool and all the amenities you can imagine. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was beautiful, Clean well-maintained, Super comfortable beds, great amenities like bicycles, ping, pong, and a heated pool. Great location. You can walk to downtown Cape Coral. Host was friendly, easy to contact and was quick to reply if you have questions!

5113 Avalon was very nice, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks in the neighborhood with our dogs. The house matches all the pictures in the listing.
