Completely RENOVATED- new living room furniture, bedroom furniture, upgraded bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower. This beautiful beach themed unit sports a huge balcony with fun, colorful, polywood balcony furniture. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the needed appliances to ensure your peace of mind while preparing your favorite meals for your friends and family! Unit is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. No need to worry about losing keys as this unit has a KEY-LESS ENTRY!!
This 3 bedroom beach front condo is TRULY amazing!! Great layout with the master bedroom located directly on the beach side with its own direct access to the balcony; a spacious kitchen with GRANITE counter-tops, a full size dining room table to accommodate all of your guests and family members. An additional entry way to the balcony is located off of the living room. The living rooms boasts a 75 inch TV for your entertainment and enjoyment!
Additionally every bedroom boasts a 55 inch TV. Twin beds in the guest bedroom have been replaced with full size beds. The VIEWS are unbelievable; you will be able to take in the beautiful scenery Okaloosa Island has to offer! Summer Place is a wonderful property with a pool area that everyone LOVES. You can enjoy the largest pool on the Island or kick back and relax in the hot tub. This condo also provides free wireless internet. Great location on the Okaloosa Island, walking distance to the Okaloosa Pier and restaurants. VERY CLOSE to downtown Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles to Destin.

We have stayed at Summer Place multiple times. This condo was definitely our favorite - the location, the space, the amenities. The kitchen was stocked so well! When we didn’t find enough washcloths, more were delivered promptly. When we had a clogged drain, someone was sent almost immediately. VERY happy with our stay!!

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/pan, utensil, crockpot, coffee maker and k-sup maker. We all fit on the sectional and enjoyed the recliners. The patio chairs were great to sit in and look out at the beach and ocean. The location was perfect for our needs, especially getting to the convention center multiple times a day, just took minutes.

This is literally our favorite place. We LOVE FWB and this is the most perfect place to stay. Perfect location, beautiful views, so spacious and clean. The balcony is so nice. Having 3 bathrooms and bathrooms is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need.The pools and hot tub are spotless (the guy is out there cleaning every single morning). The umbrella service with the chairs is so perfect! It's a very family friendly beach also. Not a party place and so peaceful. We love EVERY single thing about this place and feel so blessed every time we get to go. We have gone every other year (and one time 3 years in a row) for years. I can't wait to go back!Also Brooks and Shorey are amazing and super responsive every time I email or call them.

The condo itself was nice. All of the beds and pillows were not comfortable. Maintenance had to be called due to the master bath drain being clogged and flooded the floor. The hot tub stopped working. Few days later maintenance was called again due to the ac going out. We were moved to a different unit in a different building. That unit was outdated and a cheaper price, but we were not offered any type of refund despite being moved to a cheaper priced condo. Both units needed to be cleaned better.
