Cross Creek 202 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse. Sleeps 7. South facing on the river with lots of light. Enjoy listening to the river or just walk out the deck to Ten Mile Creek. Large sectional, wood fireplace and flatscreen in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of room for meal preparation. Entry hall has shoe cubbies and gear rack. 1-car attached garage and washer/dryer in unit for convenience. Log dining room table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4. Deck has seating for 4. Security camera views the exterior of the front door.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

In the summer there is an outdoor picnic grove with large outdoor kitchen, community grills and picnic table seating.

You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

10 Minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone, 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin and 30 minutes to Vail. An easy walk or drive to Frisco Main Street shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife, sporting goods stores and gear rentals. The Free Summit Stage bus stop is 3 blocks and connects all towns and resorts. In the winter it's just a few minutes from the Frisco Nordic Center for cross country skiing and snowshoeing pr the Adventure Park for tubing and sleigh rides. It's an easy drive or bike ride to the Frisco Historic Park. In the summer it's an easy bike ride or drive to the Frisco Peninsula biking and hiking trails or the Frisco Marina where you'll find SUP, kayak, canoe, sailboat and power boat rentals.

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo was stocked nicely and we were very comfortable! Loved listening to 10 Mike Creek and sitting on the back porch! Lots of trails around to hike and fish! Only suggestion I have would be some Mattress toppers to make the beds a little softer. Other than that we highly recommend!

We had a great time! The townhouse is just a few blocks from main street frisco! Near every ski resorts! Very confortable with everything we needed! With beautiful view to a creek!!!! Just 2 little things, beds not to confortable, the tv in second bedroom didn't work and rug a little dirty. But we enjoy our stay very much!!!! Thank you!!!!

Walking distance to Main Street and it's restaurants, hearing the creek as it goes by and the location close to I-70 makes getting to any of the Summit County ski resorts really easy.
The condo was very clean at check in and it was properly stocked with dishes / pans / cups / etc., however for those that like to cook at home, the only spices available are salt, pepper and olive oil.
On the negative side, the property does not have an electric garage door opener (and the garage door lock doesn't work), and if there are people staying upstairs, you can hear every foot step.
Also, a little stingy on supplies - (soap, shampoo, dish washing powder, etc.)
