Belmont Towers Townhouse 6 is an ocean block, three bedroom, three 1/2 bath townhouse on Dorchester Street in downtown Ocean City, Maryland. Just steps to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach, this townhouse enables you to enjoy the amenities of Belmont Towers while staying in this 2400 square foot property with a private entrance. The ground level features two entrances (one from the garage and one from the street), a full-sized kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. The 2nd level features a den, primary bedroom with private bath with jacuzzi and a balcony that gives you a bit of an ocean view, and the 3rd level contains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Note the property has ROKU streaming televisions. Belmont Towers' much sought after amenities include an outdoor pool with sizable sundeck, putting green, fitness room, and garage parking with two assigned spaces on the ground level for this townhouse. Please be advised the building parking garage is not suitable for oversized vehicles. Park your car and hang up your keys - no need to drive anywhere as you are walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and boardwalk amusements. This property rents mini and full weeks in season with Sunday and Thursday check-in, and any three nights in the off season. Sleeping up to ten guests, bed sizes include four queen beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

We had 6 adults stay for the Boardwalk Rockfest. The 2 parking spots that are included were in the locked garage immediately next to your door to enter. We parked and didnt move a vehicle for 3 days! The boardwalk entrance is right there. The carpets could use a deep cleaning but we all agreed we would stay here again! ..Numerous restaurants within walking

the access to the beach and board walk were excellent!
my only dislike was the public parking next to the building made for a lot of noise at all hours of day or night, the last night we had at the property we were woke up at 2am by young people singing and hollaring, but i understand that is out of anyones control

The Property showed some wear and tear. We sent pictures of some property damage to the property management company that we found on the day we arrived. They were very professional and I would work with them again. I probably wouldn't stay in the property again. The 1/2 bath had a broken toilet and the sink was broken. The third floor had water damage in the bathrooms, a door that was broken and window cranks that were all broken as well.
The location was great, the kitchen was updated and lovely. I was just disappointed in the maintenance of the property.
