The room was exactly what we were looking for! It was perfect for a quiet, simple, easy beach stay with all the furnishings needed for relaxation and quiet home cooked meals!Will definitely return!

Overall, nice stay with beautiful view of the ocean. Was so nice to leave the bedroom window open and hear the waves. Livingroom furniture was comfortable and was nice to be able to have our dogs with us. Walking them was easy, as was finding a place for them to pee/poop. Kitchen was cute and functional with all the supplies we needed. Booking agent/manager was responsive and helpful during our stay.We did have a few issues. -Actual condo did vary from the photos on the VRBO listing. They need to either add rugs, lamps and more décor or update the photos.-Screen on front slider was detached at bottom, needs to be replaced.-The biggest issue was with the beds, they really sucked. I was told they’d be replaced and hope, for the next guests, that they have been. They all felt old, leaned one way or another and made noise. In addition, the bedding was not good – no mattress pad, just a sheet on top of a plastic type mattress wrap.I would have no problem staying in this condo again, if the beds are replaced. Also, rugs and lamps, as shown in the listing pictures, would warm it up a lot.

Property needs a lot of updating... When we first arrived I had to put in a complaint due to them not changing the air filter and there was dust and all the events and black mold in the vents they did come and change all that and cleaned all that and everything was fine throughout our stay other than that but it does need some updating It did have a nice view and the people there were pretty nice we didn't really run into a lot of people was pretty quiet. It wasn't far from the beach and overall was a nice stay of 11 days but we probably would not come back for one because we're not planning on going back to Cocoa Beach as it's pretty boring and also probably wouldn't come back to the place we stay just because we're going to look for something a little bit more updated next time. But overall it was a great stay in the people were really nice and she also gave me back my cleaning fee since I had the issue of all the issues and beginning doing with the air filter and all the fence being dirty. My kids had a great time and love that I can connect my Netflix to the TV at night time. Lol
