It was located right in the heart of everything, which is one of the main reasons we booked. Everything was as communicated and we enjoyed many aspects of the facility.

No sound on Direct TV. Had multiple people there to eventually replace the receiver box. When you contact the front desk and ask for a maintenance person don’t hold your breath. They don’t show up. If you need surface, snag one if the guys in the area. They are all very nice and helpful- if you can get one. Don’t bother with ordering firewood. It doesn’t burn. Too damp. You’ll need starter fluid which they don’t supply. Wasted $75 in wood and they didn’t reimburse me after I requested it. Couldn’t use it. Left it behind when we left- all 8 bundles of it.
