Once a wagon shelter, this romantic retreat blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by a large fenced garden with olive and fruit trees, the home features warm tuff and brick interiors, a spacious kitchen, a cozy living area, and a panoramic terrace overlooking Montaione and the Evola valley. The estate offers a pool with hydromassage, play equipment for kids, table tennis, football goals, and giant chess—perfect for families or couples. Pets are welcome and will love the open green spaces and shaded walking paths nearby.

Located in the heart of Tuscany, this home is a perfect base to explore the art cities of Florence (1 hr), Siena, and Pisa. San Gimignano and Volterra, both under an hour away, offer stunning medieval architecture and unforgettable photo spots. Nearby Montaione (8 km) features charming shops, wine bars, and local markets, while the 27-hole Castelfalfi golf course and horse riding stables are just minutes away.

Savor traditional Tuscan cuisine at nearby restaurants like Osteria San Vivaldo (1 km) or enjoy truffle-based dishes in Montaione. Sample local wines and olive oils straight from the estate’s cellar.
