The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, free local calls and a large flat-screen TV in the living room.TV channels are provided via FUBO app The open-plan living space has vaulted ceilings and a dining area, plus a breakfast bar. The villa has a private heated ($30 daily fee) pool with a hot tub, PLEASE NOTE: the pool is NOT toddler/child proof; ie. the patio sliders do not have audible alarms and the pool does NOT have a child-proof fence and gate surrounding it. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis courts, sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute's walk away . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has an easterly-facing pool and lanai/veranda area which means it catches the full sun in the morning and as the sun moves round to the south during the day most of the pool area catches the sun well into the afternoon. The veranda's dining area at the western end of the veranda (by the patio doors) is covered and is pleasantly shaded from around midday onwards. The veranda also has sun loungers.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa! The house was very comfortable and well stocked and great location for shopping, restaurants and beaches. We loved the pool and patio area for relaxing. The neighborhood was so pretty and perfect for our morning walks. The host got back to us right away with any questions we had. It was a great vacation for us and we would absolutely go back!!

We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised by how much value this house offered for the price.The kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, everything was very clean, and the outdoor area offered beautiful lake views. The pool was fantastic, and although the weather was warm, we chose to have it heated, which made the evenings especially enjoyable.The outdoor space is somewhat compact, but this is exactly as shown in the listing photos, so there were no surprises. The house is a bit older and could benefit from some attention in a few areas. It could also feel a little cozier with some updated furnishings, particularly in the outdoor area. However, this was also in line with what we expected based on the photos.Overall, we felt the house offered outstanding value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Briarwood. The home had everything we needed, and we like being close to the dining and shopping that we enjoy.
