This apartment is located on the third floor up (no elevator) of a typical building located on Via Sant'Antonino, a nice street just off Piazza San Lorenzo, where the Central Market is located, and two minutes away from Piazza Duomo.
The whole place has just been renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail.
Every room exudes good taste, rustic and typical atmosphere thanks to features such as exposed wooden beams, terracotta flooring and parquet floors. Natural light truly brightens up the space thanks to the many sunny windows and the wonderful balcony overlooking Florence’s rooftops.
The apartment is set on two levels and can accommodate up to six guests thanks to the three bedrooms and the two bathrooms.
On the first level you'll find a spacious living area, featuring a dining table with chairs, and the lovely and welcoming kitchen, fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your own meals. From the kitchen you'll have access to the outdoor balcony, where a tiny breakfast table can be fitted, for you to be able to enjoy relaxing moments outside, overlooking Florence's rooftops!
Moving on, you'll find a charming bedroom equipped with a single bed (taht can be turned into a queen size bed pulling out a trundle mattress) and closet, This room also has access to the outdoor balcony.
From the living area, a staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment., where you'll find a wonderful living room with a couple of cozy sofas, and the two remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom, romantic and stylish, is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, closet and night tables, and features a large and newly renovated bathroom with shower / bathtub. The second bedroom features a couple of single beds and closet.

This property was close to the train station and the grocery store. I liked the San Lorenzo area. The apartment has lots of storage areas (like shelves in the bathroom) which made it easy for a larger group to stay organized. The air conditioner worked well!! The clothes line & drying rack were very helpful, too. Well stocked kitchen with pots and skillets and utensils. Not fancy but very practical. Careful on the spiral staircase the steps are very smooth.

Place was as described, very clean and well equipped. It was situated in very convenient place close to sights and shopping. But it was surprisingly quiet at night despite being close to lots of restaurants and shops. Lots of stairs throughout so not great for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen had lots of dishes. Would have been nice to have had some basic food supplies on hand (salt, pepper, oil etc) but we were able to manage. Overall would highly recommend!

Our apartment in Florence was in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance. We arrived by car and the garage was very close and convenient. The 3rd floor walk up was accurately disclosed but the air conditioning worked well. Restaurants, activities etc. all right there. Only criticism was fold out bed on top floor had broken rail in the middle and needs to be repaired.
