PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. We loved this spot, right in front of the koi pond and a short walk to the pool. It had mostly everything we needed and was very quiet, cozy and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waikomo Stream Villas. It’s a great location on the sunny side of the island! Very close to Poipu beach and old town Kōloa, which has a lot of great food! The condo looks just like the photos, and the owners were very nice and texted to make sure we were having a good time or if we needed anything.

Needs updating! . Bathroom is still locked in the 70's and the carpet thru-out, altho fairly new, needs to go. I hate to think how much sand and dirt is in the carpet. Too many dust collectors sitting around that are not functional. Found food stuck to the kitchen floor when we arrived. Needs a good cleaning and the baseboards/window trim/walls need painting No elevator in the complex or assigned parking space.
