The living room has plenty of space to gather round the fireplace and large flat-screen TV, with sofa, loveseat, and overstuffed chairs. Even a foosball table for a little competition.

The family room features a pool table, and the kids will love all the rooms for games. All the bedrooms are upstairs providing a nice escape from the activity downstairs. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen HDTV with cable and Netflix. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bath with two sinks, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares the newly remodeled hallway bath. The "Bunk Room" is ideal for the kids with a single/single bunk bed plus a queen-sized bed.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s).

Property and Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you are planning for a larger group, we may be able to coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4, AWD, or chains on your vehicle is strongly recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions.
