Great little house. Outdoor space is very nice. Awesome location. Just didn’t realize initially that this is the back house behind another two family house. So just be aware that you will share space closely with up to two other rental families/groups.

Bedrooms were a bit tight - fit a queen mattress and that is it. Closets were small, but overall the place was nice.

The weather didn’t cooperate very well over Memorial Day weekend so we were in the house more than we would normally be. The porch off of the house was great and up to date. However, we would suggest redoing the bathroom shower, adding ceiling fans to the all the bedrooms, and replacing the carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
