The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioner, and ceiling fan. The main floor bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The upper master bedroom has a beautiful king bed, wall mounted cable TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The adjoining bathroom was renovated in 2018, with a brand new vanity, tile and walk in shower. Our loft has a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds) and ceiling fan. The kitchen has gorgeous Koa wood cabinets. This wood is unique to Hawaii and doesn’t grow anywhere else in the world. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. Our unit also has its own washer & dryer.
This beautiful condo also has free wi-fi, and a new 50 inch smart TV. The complex itself has 2 lovely pools and plenty of grassy areas for kids to play. There are barbecue areas near each pool. Each area features 4 charcoal grills and 2 gas grills. It’s always fun to meet up with other vacationers or just wind down after a day in the sun.
In addition to these great attributes, Hale Kamaole has a tennis court. We are located in building 4 and on the top floor, a nice quiet location. Our lanai overlooks the beautiful landscaped Hale Kamaole grounds and is a great place to drink your morning coffee, watch the sun set over the ocean, eat dinner and star gaze. If you are lucky enough to visit December through March, it’s also a great place to watch whales breaching or spouting.
We are located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, one of the best beaches in Maui. It’s perfect for snorkeling, seeing turtles, sunning, swimming, boogie boarding, sand castle building and tide pool searching. Hale Kamaole’s fantastic location is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Kihei is known for being on the sunny
side of the island of Maui. We welcome you to our condo and hope you enjoy your stay.

We stay within this block and the one north of it several times a year. Great location and a hard to find 3rd “sleeping area” (loft) was great. Listing talked about beach chairs and boogie boards. We ended up spending another 200 renting them because there weren’t boards and only 2 chairs for our party of 5. Other than the air conditioner dying during our stay (quickly fixed!) it was just what we needed. We would stay here again!

This 2 story unit was perfect for us, a mother travelling with her son and daughter-in-law. Spacious and comfortable on all fronts - well eqipped kitchen. Location and balcony view was excellent however would have preferred an assigned parking spot. We required maintenance for a toilet and received assistance same day. Very happy with our stay. Mahalo!

I hate to leave a negative review, the the property is in need of some major upgrades. I stayed for 10 nights at Hale Kamaole with friends that had four other condos so I was able to compare. The condo is very dated with older furniture and an outdated kitchen. Patio furniture was not very nice and the carpet on the patio was kind of gross. Rugs in bathrooms were in poor shape. There is no AC in main living room only in bedrooms and the ceiling fan was not adjustable and was stuck on a low setting. Bed in master bathroom was comfortable and master bathroom seems to have had a recent remodel. It was nice to have cleaning supplies and it was clean when we arrived. We were very disappointed that our original condo we booked a year prior was cancelled three months before we arrived. This was the last condo left. Property management did nothing to compensate us for this disappointment.
