The new structure sits farther from the ocean than this building, so your beach and ocean views remain, with the new building visible from the balcony.
Dogs are welcome in this condo. The beach directly in front of the building is not pet friendly. Several dog friendly beach access points are a short drive away, perfect for seaside walks with your pup. 🐶

Great location, clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Great beach and pool view. Hosts were very accommodating and we'd consider staying here again for sure.

I booked this oceanfront condo for my husband on Father’s Day weekend. It was perfect. The beach is really not very busy so we weren’t sitting crowded next to other families like other beaches. The sunrise view from the beach or from our balcony was superb. Everything in the condo was clean and well stocked for most things. When I rent condos instead of hotels, I like to cook a lot so I bring most everything I need for food, spices, etc. I ran into one problem because this kitchen had no mixing bowls and very few Tupperware for left overs. I used a big pot to mix my meatloaf. Three separate cereal bowls to whip enough eggs for my family and I covered the outside of the strainer with aluminum foil to store the cut up watermelon. I had to get creative but it all worked out. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location in satellite Beach. Groceries and restaurants all close by. Beautiful view although didn’t love being directly over the pool. Unit had just about everything you needed to get started. Would’ve been nice to have a couple of extra blankets as the beds only had a sheet and a very thin cover. Most places now have Keurig, which would have been nice, but not a big deal. Minor issues resolved quickly and very responsive. Loved being able to bring our larger dog.
