The apartment is located on the first floor, just 200 meters from the Mirti stop on Metro Line C, as well as the tram, mini-train, and bus stops.
The apartment, tastefully renovated in April 2024, offers every comfort for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious closets, outdoor furniture, and a laundry area.
The apartment consists of an entryway, two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed—a living room with a double sofa bed and dining area, a separate kitchenette, a garden surrounding the property equipped with tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs, a spacious bathroom with a tub, shower, double sink, and bidet, and a laundry area with a separate washing machine.
All the rooms are spacious and overlook the garden; you’ll wake up to a beautiful view of the greenery even while staying in a big city.
