The open floor plan includes a well laid out living area with large flat screened TV, and kitchen table for four guests. The bright and airy kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with utensils making your stay easy. Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the guest bedroom. The TVs in the living room and the master bedroom have cable. The guest room TV is a Smart TV. There is no cable box for that TV.

Parking space is conveniently located right by the unit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Surf Song 114 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.

The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.
