Excellent location, extremely clean, spacious, and the outside living space was a special bonus. I barely wanted to leave the property to conduct business because it was so cozy and comfortable. The beds were amazing, and the linens were comfy and clean. The only issue I had was that I had to leave. Definatly the Ritz Carlton of AirBnB's.

Burt was great! His home was great! And, we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this property. It is close to everything and you can't beat the amenities.

This property is spacious, well appointed, quiet and extremely comfortable. We booked well in advance to have a home base while celebrating our son’s graduation from UCLA and it was a perfect location for that purpose. We could walk to everything though it was reassuring to be provided with a neighborhood parking permit for those times we returned home from having driven somewhere. Burt has stocked it with everything you might need and was responsive and accommodating in communications up to and during our stay. I highly recommend this listing!

Our family recently stayed at Burt’s home (yes, it’s a home not an apartment) and everything was just perfect. Great location, safe neighborhood, spacious pet friendly home well stocked with everything and an excellent, attentive host.
We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Burt!
