It sits above the center of Sainte-Maxime, which is a 15-minute walk (1 km) away. The vacation home, measuring approximately 250 square meters, spans two floors. The house features 5 fully equipped bathrooms—4 of which have separate toilets and 1 with an integrated toilet. All bathrooms have large walk-in showers, and some feature double sinks. The house features 4 fully equipped kitchens.

The 4 bedrooms are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds (160 cm–180 cm), built-in closets, and dressers. Luxurious bedding, effective blackout options, and air conditioning in all bedrooms ensure restful nights. The four living rooms, each equipped with air conditioning and televisions, feature high-quality pull-out sofa beds (160 cm). There is also a beautiful loft with another pull-out sofa bed (160 cm). In total, the villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.

The first floor captivates with its unique panoramic views from the spacious balconies and the sunroom of the sea, the luxury resorts of Saint-Tropez and Port Grimaud, as well as the Massif des Maures mountain range. On this floor is a large, modern kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, large induction stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, and coffee maker. Adjacent to it is a separate room with a washing machine, dryer, and sink.
The living room with a loft features an open fireplace, a large-screen TV, a sunroom with access to a balcony equipped with an awning, a dining table with chairs, and lounge chairs. There is also access to the rear terrace, where an outdoor kitchen/barbecue is located.

An interior staircase leads to the first floor and into a living area with a hallway, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 bedroom with a TV, 1 living room with a TV and 2 single beds (each 80x200 cm), and a kitchen with a dishwasher, large stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and espresso and coffee machines. This area leads out to the large pool terrace, which is equipped with an awning, umbrellas, dining tables and chairs, numerous sun loungers, a lounge seating area, and a barbecue.
On the first floor and first floor, there are also two air-conditioned living units, each featuring a hallway, bedroom, living room, bathroom, separate restrooms, and kitchen, as well as their own furnished balconies or terraces and private entrances.
