Nestled on East Henderson Street in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, this property is less than half a block from the beach—truly an unbeatable location!
The "Williams Lower" unit is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower-level duplex designed with families and groups in mind. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers ample space to spread out while keeping everyone together. Johnnie Mercer’s Pier is just two blocks north, and local shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The four bedrooms, all with easy access to two shared bathrooms, offer comfort and convenience for guests. The first bedroom, perfect for children or younger family members, is furnished with a full bed and a bunk bed. The other three bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with queen beds. The covered front porch is ideal for people-watching or simply relaxing in the shade. After a fun day in the sun, enjoy grilling and dining with the family at the outdoor picnic table, or rinse off the sand with the convenient outdoor shower.
For larger family gatherings, rent the "W099 - Williams Upper” unit which is directly above for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - contact Bryant directly for details.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Property was as described with great location. Very close to the beach and the things we like in wrightsville beach. We had the unfortunate timing of being there when there was a leak. Management was good at communicating with us and working through the issues to help our stay go smooth as possible despite the leak.

This is a spectacular vacation property. My family is so impressed and and sucj an enjoyable time. Hope to be able to do this for a number of years to come. Thank you for your hospitality
