Enjoy this beautiful ocean view condominium in a family-friendly low-rise complex. Just steps from the ocean with a main level balcony to watch the ocean as the sun sets. Park in front of the condo, no long walks with luggage and no long elevator waits! Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles, a public grilling area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.
The condo is walking distance to Hammerhead Fred's, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Ms. Newby’s Bar, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, and more.

**The resort requires the PRIMARY RENTER to be at least 25 years old.
*Please note that Sugar Beach Condominium Complex HOA charges a fee for parking. It is a one-time charge of $37.00 per vehicle (NOT per day). After booking, you will receive the link to the website to pay the parking fee**
*Trailers are allowed at Sugar Beach. Trailers are $100 per space and must be approved before arrival.
*Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be available upon registration/check in. The HOA registration Pet Fee is $80 for first pet and $40 for a 2nd pet for 3 nights or less. If the reservation is 4 nights or more, the fee is $150 for the First Pet and $50 Second Pet. Limit 2 pets per stay. There is no weight limit, but there is an aggressive breed restriction: Akita, Chow, Doberman Pincher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid are not allowed.
Other things:
Security Deposit and Rental agreement
Signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit hold on all bookings. Security deposit info will be emailed hours after booking is confirmed. This is a hold 24 hours before check in and released 48 hours after checkout as long as the home is clean and damage free.
NO SMOKING of any kind indoors
The home has 1 ring camera at the front door and is for security and has video/audio recording capabilities. It is used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February and available on a monthly basis. Heated pool November-March. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date and the departure date. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

The Sugar Beach Condos are on beachside surrounding a courtyard with the pool, sidewalks, fish pond, pickle ball courts, etc in center. There is also a well equipped clubhouse with grills just outside and a gated pathway to the beach. Great Complex! Our Host, Trent was excellent with prompt communication. The a/c went out in the condo and he quickly found another condo in the same complex. We were given compensation for our troubles. Excellent Host!

Trent was great to work with. Loved the ease of check-in. Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved how we could park near our condo and there are no elevators to use! It was nicely decorated:) We would definitely stay at Sugar Beach again!!!
