Lakefront Living with Private Boat Ramp Access
Stop hauling your boat back and forth to public ramps. When you stay with us at Cypress Bay, your lake day starts the moment you step out the door. This lakefront 2-bedroom retreat is designed for people who want less "logistics" and more time on the water.

The Boater’s Advantage:

Private Launching Ramp: Skip the long lines at the public marina. Use our private ramp to get in and out on your own schedule.

Dedicated Boat Slip: Your stay includes a dedicated slip, so your boat is ready whenever you are—no daily hauling required.

Prime Lakefront Location: We are situated directly on Kentucky Lake, perfect for fishing, tubing, or a quiet sunrise cruise.

The Space:

Stunning Sunrises: Start your morning with coffee on the porch watching the sun come up over the water.

Plenty of Room: Forget "cozy"—this 2-bedroom cottage offers a spacious layout with a queen bed in the primary and a full bed in the second room.

Home Essentials: Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and air conditioning, and prepare your daily catch in the fully equipped kitchen.

The Perfect Escape: Whether you're here to catch trophy bass or just to get away from the noise, you won’t find a more convenient setup for enjoying the lake.
